Retreatants are asked to come to the retreat prepared to be fully present, with loose ends tied up at work and at home, completing all business before retreat and making arrangements with loved ones to help maintain the silence.

The days include several periods of Silent sitting, a Guided Meditation, two Satsangs and questions and answers and inquiry. 

The retreat will be spend in Silence expect during periods of questions and answers and inquiry.

Registration will begin 4pm on the 15th of May, please arrive on time.

We end the retreat at 4pm on the 19th of May. If you need to leave after lunch on the last day that is fine.

It is possible to stay at the Conception Abbey before or after the retreat.

Each full day of retreat begins at 7:30am and ends by 9:30pm.

Accommodation in single rooms. 

A one-on-one 20 minute dokusan with Sharon is offered to all participants. 

Simple mid western style food served in a buffet setting.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner is provided.

Gluten free bread and coconut milk and soy milk will be available.

Please feel free to bring your own snacks.

Total cost: $450.00. No dana ( donation to teacher) is required this year.

Refund policy:

A $5 refund fee. Full refund up to one week before start of retreat.
